The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 93 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submission that on completion of investigation, the police found accusation against the petitioners to be false, but cognizance has been taken by the learned Magistrate differing with the police report, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9231 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 93 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
