This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for restoration of Criminal Misc. No. 41355 of 2008, which stood dismissed on 06.02.2012 for non compliance of the order dated 23.01.2012 passed by this Court.

For the reasons mentioned in this application, the same is allowed and the Criminal Misc. No. 41355 of 2008 is restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that the order dated 23.01.2012 passed in Criminal Misc. No.41355 of 2008 is fully complied within within two weeks.
