The petitioner is an accused in connection with Daniyawan P.S. Case No. 124 of 2015, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 448, 337, 307 and 302 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Addl. Sessions Judge 7th, Patna City, Patna.
The accusation is that in course of occurrence, this petitioner shot fire at Vikash Yadav, son of the informant, causing injury at his chest.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2016. Learned counsel for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7348 of 2017 (2) dt.09-03-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
