The petitioner seeks bail in Pipra P.S. Case No. 174 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol and cash of Rs. 15,000/- has been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64530 of 2021(2) dt.22-02-2022 2/2 to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 174 of 2021.
