====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-09-2023 The petitioner presses the present application for modification of the order dated 03.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10351 of 2023.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that while granting bail to the petitioner vide order dated 03.05.2023, due to inadvertence sessions trial number has been wrongly mentioned as "Sessions Trial No.420 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai" instead of "Sessions Trial No.1087 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, Begusarai ". He fairly submits that the aforesaid mistake has occurred on account of the typographical error in his petition, which resulted into the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58855 of 2023(2) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 typographical error in the order of this Hon'ble Court.

Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, this modification application stands allowed and the order dated 03.05.2023 to the extent wherein "Sessions Trial No.420 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai" shall be read as "Sessions Trial No.1087 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, Begusarai ".

4. Accordingly, the order dated 03.05.2023 stands modified to the aforementioned extent indicated above hence, modification application is allowed and modified accordingly. (Harish Kumar, J) manoj/- U
