To issue writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ order to set aside the order contained in Memo No. 573 dated 15.6.2022 (Annexure-4) passed in Anganwadi Appeal Case Nos. 02/2020 by the Respondents No. 5 whereby, the Selection of Petitioner on the post of Anganwadi Sevika has been set aside with further

Patna High Court CWJC No.14744 of 2022(2) dt.20-02-2024 2/2 direction to Respondent No. 6 to select Respondent No. 7 on the said post of Anganwadi Sevika at the concerned Anganwadi Center No. 49 in Ward No. 5 of Panchayat- Badwaan Kala, Adhaura, Kaimur.

To issue consequential Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate Writ order direction directing the Respondents particularly, Respondent No. 5, 6 & 10 to reinstate the Petitioner on the said Anganwadi Sevika at the concerned Anganwadi Center No. 49 in Ward No. 5 of Panchayat- Badwaan Kala, Adhaura, Kaimur."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
