The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 20 of 2017 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and section 47(a), 57 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act and section 30(a), 38(I)(II), 41 and 47 of the Bihar Provision of Liquor and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that except the confessional statement of the coaccused, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. It is also submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that it would appear from the seizure list that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19470 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 recovery has been made from the co-accused.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 20 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
