2. The petitioners before this Court are the students of Doctor of Medicine MD/MS and still pursuing their course in Government Ayurvedic College & Hospital, Kadamkuan, Patna.
3. Various submissions have been made to assail the captioned advertisement bearing nos.44/2025 to 57/2025; however, the learned Advocate for the petitioners accepted that it is the admitted position that right now all the petitioners are not eligible to participate in the subjected recruitment process. He further submitted that despite the aforesaid reason, this fact cannot ignored that at present, there is no institution which is recognized from the NCISM in the State of Bihar and thus the process of recruitment initiated through the advertisement would be nothing but a futile exercise.
4. Learned Advocate for the Bihar Public Service Commission has submitted that neither the petitioners have locus standi nor their statutory and fundamental rights are stake; hence, no interference is warranted in the matter.
5. At this juncture, learned Advocate for the petitioners seeks permission to approach before the Additional
Patna High Court CWJC No.12016 of 2025(2) dt.06-08-2025 3/3 Chief Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar, for ventilating their grievance and to bring the entire facts before him.
6. In view thereof, the present writ petition stands disposed off with the liberty aforesaid.
