Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with G.O. Case No. 429 of 2020 arising out of Town P.S. Case No. 104 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither the owner of the vehicle in question nor has any concern with the seized illicit liquor. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
