07-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned Special Public Prosecutor.

Deceased along with appellant, Lal Bihari Harijan, Koko Harijan, took wine at the house of the appellant Jandhir Harijan. After consuming wine, appellant Jandhir Harijan accompanied deceased to village-Angari for doing menial job, during midst of way, deceased died. From FSL report, it is evident that viscera suggests cause of death by celphos, a highly poisonous substance.

Prayer for bail is rejected.
