====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-01-2022 Heard Mr. Sanjeet Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Binod Kumar, learned APP for the State. By order dated 14.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2868 of 2021, this Court confirmed the provisional bail granted to the petitioner earlier and directed the petitioner to remain on the same bail bonds which he had filed at the time of grant of provisional bail.

However, in the petition on which such an order was passed, there was an inadvertent mistake regarding the petitioner not having any criminal case against him apart from the subject F.I.R.

After the orders were passed by this Court and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70662 of 2021(2) dt.12-01-2022 2/2 court below, the learned counsel for the petitioner came to learn that the petitioner had earlier been made accused in another case vide Fatuha P.S. Case No. 320 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, and therefore, he thought his duty to bring it to the knowledge of this Court. Even when the aforesaid statement was not relied upon by this Court to grant provisional bail or to confirm the provisional bail, this Court appreciates such an effort on the part of the petitioner. The petition is disposed of and the records are consigned.
