Learned counsel for the petitioners, however, submits that a copy of the letter by which the petitioner no.1 is said to have been communicated about the decision of the Railways has not been made available to the petitioner no.1 and mode of dispatch of the said letter is also not mentioned in the show cause filed on behalf of the contesting opposite parties. Learned senior counsel representing the Railways submits that he would personally ensure handing over a copy of the letter to the learned counsel representing the petitioners within a week's time.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, the application is disposed off as having become infructuous.
