ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2019 in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019 (Special Case No.146 of 2019), registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his name surfaced in connection with the present case on the disclosure made by one apprehended accused, namely, Nasib Lal Sada. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession and other cases as stated in paragraph 3 of this application were saddled on his shoulder and he was remanded in other cases after his arrest in connection with the present case.

Case No. 17 of 2019 (Special Case No. 146 of 2019).
