The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Gopalganj Town P. S. Case No. 650 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 469, 471, 472, 473 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. On secret information a raid was conducted in the house of Yogendra Pandit and many incriminating documents and papers were recovered.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of petitioner has come in this case during the course of investigation. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Similarly

No.64782 of 2021(2) dt.12-07-2022 2/2 situated accused Anirudh Giri has already been granted pre arrest bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 09.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40144/ 2020 Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Shri Udai Pratap, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj Town P. S. Case No. 650 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
