2. The present petition has been filed seeking modification in the part of the order dated 16.05.2024 passed in CWJC No. 1906 of 2024 by the Hon'ble Court to the extent of extension of further time for four weeks as to approach the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority (henceforth for short 'the LAARA').

3. On 16.05.2024, the writ petition bearing CWJC No. 1906 of 2024 was disposed of directing the petitioner to

Patna High Court MJC No.2627 of 2024(3) dt.16-05-2025 2/2 approach the authority ('the LAARA') within a period of four weeks who was to dispose it of in next six months.

4. The four weeks lapsed on 15.06.2024. Two months later on 03.08.2024, the present petition was filed with a prayer to extend it for further four weeks.

5. The aforesaid facts have been incorporated only to show that it is not the case of the petitioner that within four weeks, the time granted by the Court, he approached the Court.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for said laxity on his part, he is ready to pay Rs.3,000/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

7. Learned State counsel has no objection to it.

8. Though the present petition in that background is/was fit to be dismissed, taking into consideration the different paragraphs in the petition, the further time of three weeks is granted for filing an appropriate petition subject to payment of Rs.3,000/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, a copy of which must be attached to the petition preferred before 'the LAARA'.
