The Petitioner seeks bail in Agiaon Bazar P.S. Case No. 59 of 2012 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341,147,148,149,324,326,307 and 27 of the Arms Act. It appears from the order of the Sessions Court that the petitioner was absconding during investigation and charge sheet was submitted declaring him absconder. He surrendered in Court on 15.12.2016.

From the written report it appears that there is no allegation of any specific overt act against this petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14677 of 2017 (2) dt.25-04-2017 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIII, Ara in connection with Agiaon Bazar (Agion Bazar) P.S. Case No. 59 of 2012 subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
