Petitioner is accused in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 60 of 2015 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and section 47A of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case has been lodged under the old Excise Act. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.01.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
