The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Manjhi P.S. Case No.285 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 323, 324, 304(B), 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that within two years of marriage the deceased died by burning.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
