The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 411, 413, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, one stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the house of co-accused. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the alleged motorcycle was recovered from the house of father of the petitioner, who is already in custody. Petitioner lives separately and has got no concern with the alleged house. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
