After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the stand taken by learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation that the petitioner's late husband is not entitled to payment under the Group Insurance Scheme, for the reason that the scheme itself was introduced under the Patna Municipal Corporation in the year 2000, whereas the husband of the petitioner died in the year 1998, the admitted position being of all other dues
