1. Heard Sri Krishna Prasad Singh learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, Sri Chandra Bhushan Prasad learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused Ajay Kumar had moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Mics. No. 57249 of 2024 and the same was allowed by an order dated 24.09.2024 after considering the case on merits in detail. It is further submitted that the case of the petitioner if not akin is similar to that of Ajay Kumar. It is next submitted that petitioner is a person with clean

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant are not in a position to rebut the submission of learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner that case of the petitioner is not similar to that of Ajay Kumar.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Pakaribarawan P.S. Case No. 187 of 2024.
