This petition has been filed to modify the order dated 09-10-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29835 of 2017. It has been submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by dated 09-10-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29835 of 2017 but he could not surrender in the court below within the stipulated time as he had gone outside the State to earn his livelihood.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this modification application is allowed to the extent that the time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended by further four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. In the event, the petitioner surrenders in the court below within the aforesaid period, he will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5605 of 2018 (2) dt.31-01-2018 order dated 09-10-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29835 of 2017. This modification application is, accordingly, disposed off.
