JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 08-09-2023 The present modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.2757 of 2023, to the extent of correcting the address of the petitioner and also to extend the period to surrender. 2.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the aforesaid order, the address of the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as 'Resident of Village-Pokhariya, P.S.- Baisi, District-Purnea' in place of 'Resident of village-Shitalpur, PS-Barsoi, District-Katihar'. The same was inadvertently wrongly mentioned in the main petition and the correct address of the petitioner is mentioned in the cause-title of the present

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 10.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.2757 of 2023 is modified to the extent that in the order-sheet at cause-title portion, the address of the petitioner be read as "Resident of village-Shitalpur, PS-Barsoi, District-Katihar". 4.

Further, in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No.218 of 2021, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Purnea, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar. 5.

The order dated 10.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.2757 of 2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above. Let this order be read along with the order dated 10.07.2023. 6.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
