JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 420,467,468,471 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of getting appointment in Upgraded Middle School, Gopalpur on the basis of forged matriculation certificate.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the appointment of the petitioner was made under Bihar Special Elementary Teacher Appointment Rule, 2010 which stipulates the appointment on the basis of teachers' training certificate.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27004 of 2014 (6) dt.03-02-2015 Considering the nature of accusation, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.

However, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Goreyakothi P.S. Case no. 38 of 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Siwan.
