Petitioner is accused in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 9 of 2017 registered for the offences alleged under Section 302 and other allied sections of the I.P.C. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Main assailant in the case is Krishna Prajapati. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 11.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17934 of 2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 23.01.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17384 of 2017 (2) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Amba P.S. Case o. 9 of 2017.
