JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2015 The petitioner applied for domestic connection in the dwelling house and also for commercial connection for his shop. It appears that petitioner after depositing a sum of Rs. 50/- each under both head had not deposited any other amount towards the connection.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the estimate has not been provided as such he did not deposit the amount.

Counsel for the Board in paragraph four has stated that in case security money and connection charges are deposited the petitioner will get his connection.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18464 of 2013 (3) dt.27-11-2015 2/2 Having regard to the facts of the case, if the petitioner produces paper before the Assistant Engineer, Supply Division he would provide estimate for grant of electrical connection. Thereafter it will be open for the petitioner to deposit the amount required for the energy connection and thereafter he would be granted electrical connection.

The application stands disposed of.
