The present petition has been filed for quashing of order dated 30.10.2015 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Purnea in Maintenance Case No. 110/2015, whereby the petitioner has been directed to make payment of Rs. 3,500/- per month to O.P. No. 2 as an interim maintenance. A report was called for from the trial court with regard to present stage of the case, which has been received. The trial court has mentioned in the report that the case has already been disposed of on 24.03.2017. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. (Sanjay Priya, J.) Rakhi U T
