Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 392/395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner nor he was put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

No.16325 of 2017 (2) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai/Successor Court, in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.250 of 2015, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
