2. The present application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to make payment of their wages as they have done their work as Para Legal Volunteers in Legal Services Clinics at Central Jail, Buxar.

3. The Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Buxar is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners with regard to their work done by the petitioners inside jail during

Patna High Court CWJC No.12504 of 2023(2) dt.08-12-2023 2/2 their conviction as of Para Legal Volunteers.

4. If the petitioners are found entitled to some remuneration for working as Para Legal Volunteers inside jail during the period of their custody, the same shall be considered by the Jail Superintendent in accordance with law.
