ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-11-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 22.1.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhepura in Misc. (Maintenance) case No.101 of 2012.

Several attempts were made by this Court to settle the dispute and it appears that at one time they appeared before this Court in Chambers and expressed their desire to resume the matrimonial relationship.

Today the Counsel for the Petitioner submits that wife and the husband are living happily. However, the Counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 submits that she is not happy in her present status.
