Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.
Petitioner is husband of Opposite Party No.2. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Petitioner is ready for restoration of conjugal life.
