It appears that the only grievance of the petitioner which remains is that his service rendered under the Bihar State Agriculture Marketing Board be counted maintaining continuity for calculation of the entire retiral benefits including pension. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that such issue has been settled by a Bench of this Court by decision dated 22.05.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4452 of 2012 and analogous cases.

If such representation is filed within four weeks from today along with a copy of this order enclosing all supporting materials including the order(s) of the Court, the same shall be considered within three weeks and a reasoned order shall be passed.
