The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 25.5.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gaya, in Misc. Case No. 64 of 2007.

It is admitted that now the dispute has been resolved. In view of such, in the interest of the Parties, further Proceedings of Misc. Case No. 64 of 2007 pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gaya as also Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 147 of 2006, Trial No. 432 of 2015 pending before the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, is hereby, dropped.

The application stands allowed.
