The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 34/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture against him. In view of the above, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
