The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 135 of the Electricity Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner undertakes to deposit the loss of Rs.65.995/- caused by the petitioner to the Power Company, in the court below, subject to final result of the case.

Considering the aforesaid undertaking, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner mentioned above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64346 of 2021(3) dt.17-10-2022 2/2 satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Supaul in Pipra Police Station Case No. 73 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as also the condition that the petitioner would furnish a copy of the receipt of the aforesaid deposit on the time of furnishing bail bonds.

Deposit made by the petitioner would be subject to the final result of the case.
