2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s) :

"A. For commanding the respondents to rectify Backward Class of the petitioner against advertisement no. PR/373/2019 as contained in Annexure- 3 for appointment to the post of teachers in secondary/senior secondary schools whereby the category of the petitioner has been filled as Backward Class category in place of Extremely Backward Class. B. Also commanding the respondents to take a decision upon the representation made by the petitioner on 07.07.2021 as contained in Annexure 10

Patna High Court CWJC No.14625 of 2022(9) dt.10-11-2025 2/3 with respect to rectify the category of the petitioner as Extremely Backward Class in place of Backward Class filled up in the form against the advertisement no. PR/373/2019 for appointment to the post of teacher in secondary/senior secondary schools. CAlso commanding the respondents to consider the appointment of the petitioner against the post of Secondary Teachers in the subject of Urdu against the category of Extremely Backward Class after making necessary corrections.

D. Also for necessary relief reliefs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the petitioners are entitled in the eye of law."

3. Without going into the merits or demerits of this case, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the counsels.

4. At paragraph 18 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent No. 9, it is stated "that it is relevant here to submit that from the perusal of the averments made in the writ petition it appears that there is no mention as to whether the petitioner had made application in terms of Notification vide P.R-162/2022 dated 10-09-2022 or not".

5. Having regard to the same the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a suitable

Patna High Court CWJC No.14625 of 2022(9) dt.10-11-2025 3/3 representation/application in terms of the Memo No. 283 dated 10.09.2022 or make a representation to the Chief Secretary (Respondent No. 1) within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being made the authority shall consider the same and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. The authority shall endeavour to pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
