JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-01-2016 In view of the developments taken place during the pendency of this application, as admitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, no case of deliberate disobedience of this Court's order dated 24.09.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8298 of 2011 is made out. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, raises a grievance that his pension has been reduced by re-fixing his pay on a lower rate. The petitioner shall be at liberty to raise the grievance

Patna High Court MJC No.1575 of 2015 dt.13-01-2016 2/2 before the appropriate authority of the South Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited, Patna. If he does so, the Court expects expeditious decision on the grievance so raised.

This petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
