Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 461, 379 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Some stolen mobile phones were recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 24.09.2016. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent as mentioned in paragraph 23 of the case diary wherein the petitioner claims to be on bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances specially the period already undergone by the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12886 of 2017 (3) dt.25-04-2017 Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Hajipur, Vaishali/Successor Court, in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.630 of 2016, with condition that one of the bailors shall be a government servant or public servant and another is resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and subject to the further condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
