In view of the materials on records and averments made in the various affidavits filed on behalf of the parties, it appears that the University has taken steps to ensure payment of admitted dues to the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.
However, if the petitioner finds that some dues are not yet paid to him or there is error in some calculation, he shall be at liberty to file appropriate representation before the respondent no.3 within four weeks from today along with a copy of the order. If such representation is filed, the same
