The petitioners of CWJC No.15970 of 2007 have filed the present Civil Review application seeking review of the order dated 06.03.2009 passed in the aforesaid CWJC No.15970 of 2007 by a Bench of this Court (Coram: S.K.Katriar, J. since superannuated) whereby the writ petition filed on behalf of the petitioners was dismissed.

3. While seeking review of the impugned order, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has attempted to address the Court on merits of the case without pointing out any error

Patna High Court C. REV. No.312 of 2011 dt.29-01-2015 2/2 apparent on the face of the record in the aforesaid order dated 06.03.2009 passed by the learned writ Court.

4. From plain examination of the order dated 06.03.2009, this Court finds that the claim of the petitioners with respect to lands under dispute were rejected by the learned revisional court below. The petitioners, being aggrieved by the aforesaid order, preferred the aforesaid CWJC No. 15970 of 2007. The learned writ Court after considering the entire materials has refused to interfere with the order passed by the learned revisional court below and has dismissed the aforesaid writ petition by reasoned order.

5. In above view of the matter, this Court does not find any good ground to review the aforesaid order dated 06.03.2009 passed in CWJC No. 15970 of 2007. Consequently, the present civil review application has to fail and is, accordingly, dismissed, but without costs.
