The petitioner is accused in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2015, registered under Sections 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather his name has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Satyam Kumar Singh except that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
