After contesting each other with all vehemence ultimately the parties have agreed that in the facts and circumstances the Matrimonial Case No.43 of 2015 presently pending in the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai be transferred to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Bhagalpur. This will be an independent place and equally convenient for both the parties. In order to expedite the disposal of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the petitioner on the date fixed in the matter in the matrimonial case at Bhagalpur whenever she or her witnesses would be required to appear in the case.

Patna High Court MJC No.230 of 2016 (4) dt.12-09-2018 Let the records of the Matrimonial Case No.43 of 2015 be transferred from the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai to the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Bhagalpur within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The cost shall be paid on the date fixed in the matter in presence of the learned Presiding Officer and the same shall be entered in the records. The parties agree that they will participate in the proceeding without seeking unnecessary adjournments.

The learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Bhagalpur is directed not to grant unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties and decide the matter as expeditiously as possible.

The application stands disposed off.
