Case No.317 of 2012 registered under Sections 418, 506, 498A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code as also under sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the records.

3. Apparently, the allegations made in the first information report do attract ingredients of a cognizable offence.
