2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 749 of 2023 registered under section under Section 467, 468, 471, 420, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners and others were caught roaming near the State Bank of India on stolen motorcycle. One master key and some money was also recovered along with forged Aadhar Card.

5. During investigation, it has come that the petitioner is a member of Korha Gang and is involved in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56638 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 committing loot. The petitioner has antecedent of four case. The petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2023.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
