The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that she got employed as Government Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and she has falsely

The certificates produced by the petitioner is genuine and valid and if the said documents are found forged, the responsibility lies upon the authority and the Board concerned who have not been made accused in this case. The petitioner is a lady and she does not have any criminal antecedent. A supplementary affidavit has been filed to the effect that a letter has been issued under the signature of Block Education Officer, Amarpur, Banka to the Headmaster of the school of the petitioner for not allowing the petitioner to put her attendance. Hence, in view of said letter, the petitioner is deemed to have been terminated automatically. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68190 of 2021.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of

Case No. 396 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
