Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

When the informant was returning two persons on a bike came from behind and snatched his mobile phone. The petitioner was apprehended at the spot.

However, nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.12.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9830 of 2017 (2) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna/successor Court in connection with Beur Police Station Case No. 325 of 2016.
