The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 307, 341, 323, 336, 354, 447, 504, 120(B), 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific allegation is attributed to him. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 13.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50237 of 2019(3) dt.17-12-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 93 of 2019.
