JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 In the present application preferred under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the prayer of the petitioner in para-1 is as under:
"1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ / writs, order / orders, direction / directions to the respondent authorities to ensure the compliance of order dated 10.2.2011 and 14.9.2011 passed this Hon'ble court in Cr.W.J.C. No.349/2007 and 727 of 2009 and accordingly to produce the report of further investigation and materials collected during the further investigation arising out of civil lines P.S.Case No.303/2003 and Magadh Medical P.S. Case No.6/2006 in the court of Additional Sessions
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.341 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 Judge-IV, Patna where sessions trials of both the aforesaid cases being sessions trial no.776/09 and 777/09 is pending. The petitioner further prays for any other relief(s) for which he may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to take other appropriate steps in accordance with law. Leave is granted.
