C.W.J.C. No. 16881 of 2014 was disposed of on 04.12.2014 with an observation that as the Board vide order dated 12.09.2014 had stayed the suspension, however, a liberty was granted to the petitioner to approach this Court, in case, he is aggrieved by any subsequent action. It is further observed that needless to state that the respondents would ensure regular payment of salary to the petitioner.

In para 7 of the show-cause, it has been stated that the joining of the petitioner has already been accepted on 16.02.2015.
