It appears from the show-cause that the respondents, in terms of order of this Court dated 8.7.2014 passed in CWJC No. 2136 of 2014, has disposed of the application of the petitioners with a reasoned order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in

Patna High Court MJC No.553 of 2015 (3) dt.27-01-2016 such view of the matter, he should be allowed to withdraw this application with a liberty to the petitioners to approach appropriate court and/or authority in accordance with law. Accordingly, this contempt application is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
